One Partner, Every Channel: Building Growe's Brand From the Ground Up

Managing multiple creative vendors usually creates a bottleneck. For commercial real estate firm Growe, partnering with The Courtside Group meant bringing video, podcast production, web design, writing, and social media management under a single roof.

The Goal

Growe built its marketing around a clear idea: act like a partner in a company’s long-term growth, not a broker showing up for a single commission.

To back that up, Growe needed a steady stream of content across every channel. That included launching their own show, the 3PL Insider podcast, capturing real deal wins on camera, maintaining a blog on logistics trends, and building a website to host it all.

Instead of hiring a video crew, a web developer, a copywriter, and a social manager separately, Growe brought in Courtside to run the entire operation.

"Courtside gets our story in a way most partners never bother to. They aren't just showing up to film something; they understand our business well enough to know what is actually worth telling."

Summitt Hogue, Founder & Managing Partner, Growe

What the Work Looks Like

On-Site Video: Capturing client stories and deal announcements inside actual warehouses and offices. These are unscripted, direct conversations with 3PL operators and clients, turned into social clips and video walkthroughs.

Podcast Production (3PL Insider): Producing full-length episodes featuring logistics leaders, private equity buyers, and founders. Courtside handles the audio and video edits for YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, then pulls short-form clips for social distribution.

Social & Distribution: Keeping Growe’s LinkedIn and Instagram accounts active with a steady schedule of deal highlights, podcast clips, and client features so footage does not sit unused in a drive.

Industry Writing: Drafting deep-dive articles for Growe’s blog covering complex topics like Foreign Trade Zones, tariff impacts, and common mistakes in 3PL site selection.

Web Development: Designing and maintaining Growe’s website (growe-co.com), giving all the videos, podcast episodes, and articles a central home.

Why Growe is a Perfect-Fit

The Courtside Group considers Growe a “perfect-fit client”, not because any single project has been especially large, but because of how many different disciplines the partnership touches. Video, podcast, social, blog, and web all live under one roof, which means every piece of content strategically reinforces the next instead of existing in its own silo. A podcast clip drives traffic to the website. A client video becomes a social post. A blog post becomes talking points for the next episode. Few clients give Courtside the opportunity to work across the entire brand this way, and it's exactly the kind of partnership Courtside is built for.

"It's rare to find one team you can hand this much to. We don't have to manage five different vendors or repeat ourselves five different times — Courtside already knows our brand, so everything stays consistent."

— Andresa Newbold, Head of Operations & Marketing, Growe

As Growe continues to grow its footprint across the country, The Courtside Group remains the team behind nearly everything the brand puts into the world, as a true strategic partner, letting Growe stay focused on running their real estate business while Courtside keeps their media footprint moving forward.
