Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team. This part-time, remote position requires a candidate who is based in Dallas and possesses excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently and independently. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
 - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
 - Conduct research and compile information for various projects, reports, and presentations.
 - Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
 - Collaborate with team members to coordinate and support special projects and initiatives.
 - Maintain and update confidential company and client information with discretion and professionalism.
 - Assist with expense tracking, reimbursement requests, and budget monitoring.
 - Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organizational systems.
 - Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and seminars as needed.
 - Stay up-to-date with company policies, initiatives, and industry trends to effectively represent the executive team.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proficiency in Google Suite and online collaboration tools.
 - High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
 - Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining open communication with the team.
 - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
 - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 - Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
 - Must be based in Dallas and have the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings if required.
 
Compensation:
This is a part-time position offering a compensation of $20 per hour. The position requires approximately 10 hours of work per week and offers the flexibility of remote work.
